Great Philham House is set in the heart of the countryside yet within five minutes of the fantastic coastline and Hartland Quay. With fabulous countryside views, the Parlour has been sympathetically and carefully converted to a very high standard to create a wonderful 3 bed, all ensuite holiday cottage sleeping 8.
Our aim is to blend comfort, warmth, quality and friendliness in order to offer really memorable and relaxed short and long stay cottage holidays.
There is a large open plan living area, with a well appointed kitchen, dining room and lounge area. The downstairs twin (can be super king on request) has its own jack and jill bathroom offering very versatile accommodation. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms each with a king and a single bed and each with its own ensuite shower room.
The views are fantastic, walks right from the doorstep and there are plenty of quality touches to make your stay easy, comfortable and relaxing. Pickups are offered for walkers when booked in advance.
Accommodation at the barn in the summer is for a maximum of 8 guests and in the lower season a 2 bed version is available for up to 5 people. Short stays for 3 nights minimum are offered throughout the year.
As new owners in September 2021, we have continued to achieve 5 star reviews from our guests and have recently achieved Superhost status on Airbnb.
