Quincecote is a unique and individual barn conversion nestled in the very heart of the AONB. A short picturesque walk through woods and fields to Hartland village, or about 2 miles to the coastal path.
Accomodation is within your own private wing adjoining the main house, with separate entrance into your own hallway with boot and coat cupboard.
The bathroom is equipped with a free standing bath on a plinth, with shower mixer taps.
There is a small kitchen, with views across the fields and out to sea, with a mini fridge, work top cooker and hob, sink and dining table and chairs.
All utensils are provided.
The bedroom, again, has views looking out to the sea in the distance, over rolling fields and trees, there is a an iron king size bed, which is against the wall on one side, and comfy seating area with electric wood burner and TV, and a built in wardrobe.
Outside your front door is a court yard with crazy paving, a couple of fish ponds and a herb garden, a real sun trap.
Around the corner is a lawned area with picnic bench where you are welcome to sit back and relax, maybe, have some food and a glass of wine and watch the sun go down, or stroll around our fields & little woodland area. A meander in to the village, takes about 15 minutes through fields and woods or a walk to the nearby rugged coastline can take about half an hour depending on fitness!
Walkers are welcome and meals can be provided with some prior warning to eat in your own space.
