Hartland Short Mat Bowling Club was formed in 1986 when the sport was becoming popular in the area, since that small beginning the membership has grown to some thirty two members.
The club play in the North Devon & North Cornwall leagues both afternoon and evening. Club nights are held in the Pavilion on Monday and Tuesday evenings where new members and visitors would be made most welcome.
