This week it launched its own blog, with an inaugural post by Lady Angela warming inviting you, your family and your dogs to Hartland Abbey this weekend for the fabulous, not to be missed Snowdrop weekend. This year, as well as the absolutely stunning walks in a sea of beautiful snowdrops you can also fill up on hot soup, pasties and cakes and even, for the first time, hot burgers, veggie burgers and bacon butties from the barbeque. Plus there is a good old fashioned treasure hunt (no modern technology allowed) so the children, who may not find the snowdrops as fascinating as the adults, are kept thoroughly entertained. Dogs are actively encouraged and can even be let off the lead for a good run in the fields.
