Sam and Kirsty Luxton welcome you to their family friendly traditional village pub right in the centre of Hartland Village. The Kings Arms offers delicious pub food, a sunny garden, log burners, darts, pool, live music and BT sport.
Sit back, relax in front of the fire and choose from a range of local ales (including from the Hartland’s own Forge Brewery), local ciders, wines and over different 35 gins.
Serving traditional, really well made, locally sourced pub food their 12 inch stone baked pizzas, hand cut home cooked chips, oven baked jacket potatoes and warming traditional dishes are perennial favourites amongst villagers and visitors alike. You can also just drop in for a range of coffees, including lattes and cappuccinos, hot chocolates, tea or milkshakes.
Ideal for groups with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating there is regular live music and other events, a pool table, darts (and regular competitions) and BT sport for all the major sporting events.
Families are more than welcome and the large, sheltered, sunny garden has lovely views and a children’s play area. All the children’s meals use the same fresh local ingredents as the adult ones, they are just smaller portions and can be served with hand-cut chips or new potatoes.
