Hartland Mill Bed and Breakfast
Winner of the Best B&B in the South West 2018 from Taste of the West, Hartland Mill is the ideal place to stay while you explore the Peninsula, North Devon and North Cornwall.
Situated next door to Hartland Abbey, this former mill is a local landmark where you can enjoy
numerous walks from the door through woodland, along the clifftops or into the village.
All three rooms have been stylishly decorated to include kingsize beds, gorgeous Egyptian cotton bed linen and the squishiest of pillows; pillows and duvets are all hypoallergenic. Bathrooms have stunning showers, carefully selected soaps and the fluffiest of towels. Each room enjoys a wall-mounted 32” television with Freesat service and free wifi is provided. A comprehensive tray of teas and coffee is provided along with something freshly baked from the kitchen each day.
We are passionate about great service and will be happy to provide welcome tea and cake in either your sitting room or the garden to help you unwind after your journey.
Breakfast is served in the dining room and includes cooked options as well as a variety of daily, seasonal specials. We are happy to discuss and cater for individual dietary requirements, particularly gluten free, vegetarian or vegan.
Evening meals are also available by prior arrangement and provide a welcome alternative to
heading out. Relax in front of the fire and nobody has to drive! Glasses, ice bucket and a corkscrew are always available and you only have to ask if something needs chilling.
We appreciate your holiday is hard-earned and precious to you and relaxation starts the moment you walk through the door. If it is a particularly special occasion and we can arrange something in advance, please call. Flowers, a bottle, a surprise hidden somewhere…… we get ridiculously excited about that kind of thing and we’d love to help create your memories.
