A short distance from Hartland town centre lies a tranquil spot in the woods at Pattard Farm. Here in our kitchen we create dishes inspired by the nature that surrounds us and a passion for the local area. Having lived in the South-West for most of our lives we believe it has some of the best produce in the country, which we are excited to share with our guests. With over 15 years chef experience, Head Chef Aaron Vanstone runs the kitchen and lets local quality ingredients take centre stage in his modern approach to British and French classical fine dining cuisine. Manageress Felicity Cook heads up the front of house team with extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, focusing on excellent levels of customer service and an overall inspiring guest experience.
