Great Philham House is set in the heart of the countryside yet within five minutes of the fantastic coastline and Hartland Quay. With fabulous countryside views, the barn has been sympathetically and carefully converted to a very high standard to create a wonderful 3 bed, all ensuite holiday cottage sleeping 8.

Our aim at Great Philham is to blend comfort, warmth, quality and friendliness in order to offer really memorable and relaxed short and long cottage holidays, and bed and breakfast in the main house.

With spectacular sea views of the amazing North Devon and North Cornwall coastline, The Byre is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sleeping 6 - 8 in spacious comfort and with a large private garden and seating area enjoying the 180 degree views,  The Byre makes for the perfect tranquil base from which to explore this wonderful part of the world.

The Shippen is a two bedroomed, beautifully converted barn in the grounds of a small holding near Hartland, North Devon.  The private garden includes banks of wild flowers, a lawn and a patio looking out over woodland. With features including a log burner and a conservatory, The Shippen is the perfect place to relax and unwind at any time of year.
 

East Titchberry Farm Cottage makes for a wonderful holiday at any time of the year, where a warm welcome awaits you with tea, coffee and homemade cake.

Enjoy your holiday in a beautiful 2 bedroom thatched cottage on a National Trust working farm, set in an idyllic location 200 metres from the coastal path with stunning views over Lundy Island and Shipload Bay.

Highdown Cottage provides comfortable self catering accommodation near the village of Hartland which is perfectly located for walking on the dramatic North Devon Coastal Path and for visiting Lundy Island, Clovelly and the North Devon and North Cornish Coasts.
