Great Philham House is set in the heart of the countryside yet within five minutes of the fantastic coastline and Hartland Quay. With fabulous countryside views, the barn has been sympathetically and carefully converted to a very high standard to create a wonderful 3 bed, all ensuite holiday cottage sleeping 8.

Our aim at Great Philham is to blend comfort, warmth, quality and friendliness in order to offer really memorable and relaxed short and long cottage holidays, and bed and breakfast in the main house.

Relax and Unwind at Hartland House Spa. A luxury boutique Spa located in a tranquil location in between Hartland Village and the Lighthouse. There are a wide range of facilities and treatments on offer giving you the perfect excuse to put your feet up and take it easy. Hartland House Spa is co-located with Long Furlong Cottages, beautifully decorated, luxury 5* cottages. Stay for a short break, a week or longer - together the cottages sleep 62 so are perfect for larger gatherings and celebrations.  There are also themed packages and breaks.

Three beautiful barn conversions (sleeping 4 - 8) make up Pattard, just half a mile from Hartland and situated in rolling countryside within easy reach of the coast.

Check out our cottages, each with their own integral, private swimming pool, unique on the Peninsula. Great fun at the end of a day's sightseeing, or to have a splash before you go out. Somewhere for adults to relax and children to make a noise, all within the safe confines of your cottage. Swim or play in the water as often as you like, when you like........you won't upset the peace and tranquillity here.

Two 4 Star barn conversions, completed in 2005 to a very high standard, that sleep 10–12 and 4 people. Situated in a peaceful rural hamlet within one mile of the South West Coast Path.
