We are just a short walk from Bursdon Moor, close to Hartland Forest, only 2 miles from the spectacular Hartland Quay and beach and the village of Hartland. 

We offer two fully modernised and tastefully decorated double rooms, both ensuite with sea views and also a beautiful guest lounge.

The original part of the house is over 200 years old and was once a farm-worker’s cottage.

original farm house which has been sympathetically modernised and now offers 3 B&B rooms
(One Twin with ensuite shower room, One Double and One King Size both with own modern
bathroom suites)

Each room offers colour television, Coffee and Tea making facilities. In the morning you
can look forward to a full cooked English breakfast with eggs from our own chicken.

Holiday Barn, sleeping up to eight people is also available.

THE LOCATION
Greenlake Farm is ideally situated for the South West Coast Path that is just over two miles away, with beautiful secluded beaches, wonderful cliff top walks and stunning waterfalls. Walking the cliff path you will see some of the most spectacular coastal scenery and geology in North West Europe which is one of the reasons why so many of our guests return year after year.

John and Jill George welcome you to their beautiful spacious farmhouse, beamed throughout and full of character.

There are three bedrooms, (two double and one twin) all en-suite and tastefully decorated in Laura Ashley or Jane Churchill prints.

There is a large entrance hall, dining room and sitting room where guests will find a good selection of books.

We have a lake just below the house which as well as being a real suntrap, supports an abundance of wildlife. Relax here with a glass of wine!

Elmscott Farm is a mixed clifftop farm situated on a North Devon coast road between Hartland Quay and Welcome Mouth. An ideal starting and finishing point for walking holidays.

Elmscott Farmhouse was built in the 1800s of traditional Devon stone and has been lived in by the same family up to the present day. This has created a home of character and charm with many of the original features still to be found; high ceilings and beautifully appointed rooms, its a place of peace and tranquillity.

Merlyn welcomes you to her delightful village home where you will enjoy a high standard of comfort

The double bedroom is beautifully decorated with a four poster, queen sized bed together with a private bathroom. A second double or twin is available with shower facilities, and tea or coffee will be served on arrival.

For those of you who value good home cooked food Merlyn will serve you organic home-made bread and preserves together with a hearty English breakfast from locally sourced food. Alternatively you may enjoy a continental breakfast with fresh fruit, cheese and yoghurt.
