Hartland Abbey launches its own Blog!

Hartland Abbey may be a thousand years old, but that doesn't stop it communicating in 21st Century ways.   This week it launched its own blog, with an inaugural post by Lady Angela warming inviting you, your family and your dogs to Hartland Abbey this weekend for the fabulous, not to be missed Snowdrop weekend.  This year, as well as the absolutely stunning walks in a sea of beautiful snowdrops you can also fill up on hot soup, pasties and cakes and even, for the first time, hot burgers, veggie burgers and bacon butties from the barbeque.  Plus there is a good old fashio

Feed the birds...

Despite it being a touch grey, wet, and blustery at times, it has so far been a mild winter. Snow looks very pretty and grey is a little drab, but freezing conditions make life really difficult for the local wildlife, not to mention local people who can often be stuck at home as single track roads become impassable.  Read our latest Hartland blog on feeding the local wildlife.
